Discovering and attending

Circuit helps you discover art, plan gallery visits and connect with other people. Listings and opening times can change; check the organizer’s website before traveling.

Count Me In and Going share your plans with the community. They are not tickets or confirmed reservations. Complete any RSVP or booking required by the venue separately. Gallery admission and event rules are set by the organizer.

Your account and the community

Use accurate account information and a clear photo of yourself for participation. Keep your sign-in access secure and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

Treat people respectfully. Do not harass, impersonate, threaten, spam or send unwanted promotional messages. Respect a person’s decision not to reply or connect.

Do not bypass access controls, collect member information in bulk or use it for unsolicited marketing. Report problems through the app or by email.

Your content and privacy

Only upload photos or content you have permission to share. You keep your rights and allow Circuit to store and display that content as needed to provide the features you use and review reports.

Profiles and event attendance can be public. Direct messages are visible to their participants, while group chats are shared with eligible attendees. See our Privacy notice for details and your choices.

Moderation and availability

We may remove content or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or breaches of these terms. Contact us if you think a decision is mistaken.

We work to keep Circuit useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every listing will always be accurate. Other websites and independent event organizers are responsible for their own services.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability where the law does not allow it, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You can stop using Circuit and request account deletion by email. If paid services are introduced, their price, renewal and cancellation terms will be presented before you choose to purchase; these terms do not authorize a charge.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Circuit changes. Material changes affecting existing use will be highlighted in the app or by email. Contact us with questions or complaints so we can try to resolve them.
